About Gerard

Real estate runs in my family. My father, a Boston firefighter, always kept an active real estate license, and built a modest portfolio of investment properties. When I wasn't outside playing, I was painting or removing carpet from one my dad's rentals.

I moved to Seattle in 2004 as a full-time real estate agent. During an interlude in technology, I kept my dad's business model.

My first investment property was a duplex in Hillsboro, OR. Since then, I've purchased in several states, growing my referral network of agents, mortgage brokers, and property managers.
